Our walk through includes checking all of the following:

• Windows and doors

• Utilities

• Thermostats

• Propane, oil, and kerosene

We also inspect the house and yard for property damage. 

Prior to customer’s arrival we also check the following:

• Lighting

• Adjust thermostats

• TV and Internet connection

• Condition of vehicles

After customer’s departure we clean all vehicles, chec thermostats, and check all systems. 

If there are any issues or concerns they can be taken care of immediately, as AMK Concepts is also licensed in General Contracting.

We are also constantly keeping up to date with new technology that will assist in keeping your home safe and secure.  Temperature and water sensors are just 2 examples of devices we can use to alert us if anything goes wrong.
